Delivery

We deliver across all 7 provinces. Delivery inside Kathmandu Valley costs Rs. 0 and Rs. 0 elsewhere. Orders over Rs. 0 ship free. Typical delivery: 1–3 days in the valley, 3–7 days outside.

Payment

We accept manual bank transfer. After you submit your transaction reference, our team checks our bank statement. Your order is only marked Paid once we have confirmed the money arrived.

Returns

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact support with your order number to start a return.

Privacy

We use your name, phone and address only to process and deliver your order. Payment receipts are visible only to you and our staff.
